Uberti Cattleman
Hadn't planned to buy this one, but I just couldn't resist. The revolver is from Taylor's & Co, Winchester, VA. First time I've seen them at gun shows. Their booth was in the entrance, so you had to walk around them. I kept being reminded that they were "woman owned." Made no difference. The real difference was one of the better displays that I've seen at gun shows. Taylor's specializes in cowboy guns. They had loads of them and the display was set up so you can compare models, check actions. Darned well done.
The Uberti seems to be well put together. The trigger is decent. Feel is good. SWMBO likes it. All I've done is dryfire, but some .45 Colt will go down range this weekend. Will have to see how it compares with the Blackhawks.
